Step 1: share your vision

In order to start the process we will meet with you at your home to find out exactly what service you are looking for. We will listen to your ideas as well as give you our professional input from past experiences. While we are at you residence we will also take photos and measurements of the proposed building area so we can accurately design and quote out the project. This is the first but perhaps one of the most important steps of the process of turning your dream into a reality!

step 2: our estimate

After the initial meeting we will take all the information back to our office and create an estimate and scope of work. The amount of time required to complete a quote will vary depending on how much is being done, the type of materials needed, and complexity of the project. Once the quote and plans are prepared, we will contact you to review and go over the estimate in full detail. During the review we will provide a packet of information, including our general contract.

step 3: Contract and Timeline

When you are ready to move forward with your project, we require a signed contract and deposit to get started. Once the deposit is collected and we have a signed contract in place, we will get you on our schedule and give you an estimated starting and completion date. At that point, we will begin and take care of all permitting processes needed. Total timeline is typically 4-6 weeks depending on the permit process.

step 4: work in progress

We will contact you a few days prior to beginning your project to let you know the time you can expect the crew and some final details. An important piece of information you will be given at this time is the project managerโ€™s name. He will be on site everyday we are working and will be your main point of contact. As you see the project unfold, any questions, concerns, or special requests should be directed solely towards him.

Upon completion of your new project, we will clean the area to the best of our ability so all you are left with is an incredible new addition! It is highly recommended that you are there when the project is completed. This will allow you to do a final walkthrough.

Final payment for your project is due upon completion.

step 5: Project Completed!

Now the fun begins! Your project is ready for those family barbeques, parties with friends, or a neighborhood gathering to show off your new addition. We value community and believe the most memorable moments are created and shared with family, friends, and those closest to us. We are honored to be part of creating projects where those memories can be made. Outdoor living is our passion and leaving you with a project we know you will enjoy for years to come is what we thrive on. From the very initial meeting to the completed project, our goal is to have provided you with an unparalleled level of service, quality, and overall experience.

How we build

PERMITS

If you need a building permit, we can take care of that as part of your project. We will apply for a permit on your behalf once we receive your deposit and signed contract. The time required to get a permit may vary depending on building department and your scope of work. We can also schedule all required inspections during the project.

HOMEOWNERโ€™S ASSOCIATION (HOA) APPROVALS

If you live in a development, it is likely that you will be required to get approval from your HOA to build a new deck or fence. Typically, the HOA will only work with the homeowner, but we will provide all the documentation you may need, including project drawings, insurance documents, etc.
